Alfredo Moreno, R.Ph. A graduate of the University of Florida, School of Pharmacy, Alfred is the founder and has served as financial operator since 1972 and has been one of the main driving forces behind the operations at Universal Arts Pharmacy. Following his family ideals, Alfred teamed-up with his brother Ramon Moreno and transformed his family business, Moreno's Pharmacy for the simple notion of improving the way they can help others. Together, they established, Universal Arts Compounding Laboratory to help meet the needs for customized medication. What began as a neighborhood pharmacy has evolved into a specialty pharmacy providing medication assistance to medical practitioners and their patients. | ||

Ramon Moreno, R. Ph., FIACP As a fellow and past president of the International Academy of Compounding Pharmacists (IACP), Ramon (Ray) is a valued member of our community and of his professional affiliations and colleagues. A graduate of the University of Florida, School of Pharmacy, his professionalism and genuine concern for the holistic health of those he encounters is unchallenged. Ray's dedication to his work is demonstrated in the consistent quality of the medications he prepares and the caring strength he instills in those who work with him. As a patient care advocate in the area of Pharmacy Compounding, Ray is an active member of Compounders On Capitol Hill, IACP and is the 1996 recipient Pharmacist of the Month, through Professional Compounding Centers of America, PCCA, our International Affiliation of Compounding pharmacists. He also received, the Dupont Pharma, Innovative Pharmacy Practice Award, Awarded by Florida Pharmacy Association, FPA, in 1997. | ||
